01What’s the difference between the Freedom Blueprint and your other services - Virtual COO and the Operations Lab?
With our Virtual COO service we essentially become your COO or operations lead, so you don’t need to hire an executive staff member. It’s a done-for-you service.
The Operations Lab sees you stay in the driver’s seat to lead the improvement of your busi-ness operations. We support you in translating and documenting your operational knowledge so you can turn it into robust, predictable, consistent workplace routines.
All three deliver strong results — it just depends on how involved you want to be, how fast you want to move and the level of transformation you need.
02How is the Freedom Blueprint different from a 12 week coaching program?
While coaches typically focus on strategy, mindset, and planning, we work inside the business with you and your team to get things running better.
This isn’t theory or advice from the sidelines. We work directly with you and your team to get under the hood of your operations and start fixing things in real time. It’s fast, hands-on, and focused on execution.
03What kind of support do I get during the 12 weeks?
You’re not doing this alone! We run live sessions with you and/or your team every week, providing tailored recommendations, and helping you implement changes as you go.
You also get email support for you and your team with a 24 hour turnaround on Australian workdays.
04 How much of my time will this take each week?
Expect to set aside around 3 hours a week on average. Some weeks may be a little more during key mapping sessions. But everything is designed to move fast and deliver ROI on your time quickly.
05Will my team be involved — or is this just for me?
Your team will definitely be involved - but who and how much is something we tailor to suit each business and founder. Typically we would spend time 1:1 with you first to capture your bold vision and purpose, and then bring in other members of your team as appropriate.
For the process mapping sessions your leadership team/managers would typically be involved in the sessions that align to their areas of expertise.
For smaller teams we typically hold a values session with every team member, plus an all-hands workshop. If your business is larger you may prefer to have value sessions with you and your leadership team to then share as part of a larger workshop with other team members.
06What kind of results can I expect by the end of the sprint?

We understand that unexpected things come up. If you need to pause or stop the project, just let us know in writing with at least one week’s notice before your next scheduled session. You can pause once during the 12-week program, for up to four weeks. We’ll hold your remaining sessions in credit and extend your timeline accordingly. We are all about giving you flexibility while keeping things clear and fair on both sides.
